The hotel offers a daily buffet but falls short with dirty exterior windows in the rooms. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful, but service can be slow at times. The location is fantastic with dining and entertainment options nearby. The dining experience is good, though not exceptional.
The hotel was a disappointment with moldy furniture in the rooms and unhelpful staff regarding elevator incidents, but redeemed itself with a spacious and vibrant location near the mall. The dining experience was lacking, offering limited options and average service.
I was thrilled with the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and marina from my spacious room, even though it lacked a balcony that I paid extra for. The room was large and comfortable, but it could benefit from a modern update in terms of furniture, bathroom, and other elements.
